📌 Will I have to pay customs fees?

International customers may be charged customs or import taxes depending on their country.

VELOCIOR is not responsible for these fees.

📌 Can I change my address after ordering?

If the order hasn’t been shipped, yes — email us ASAP.

If it has been dispatched, we can’t change the address.

Yes. All orders ship with tracking.

Tracking information is emailed once dispatched.

📌 What if my parcel gets lost?
