VELOCIOR — Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the terms below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery

The item must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• With all tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for another size or colour (if available).

You’ll need to cover the shipping cost back to us, and we’ll ship the replacement once the item is received.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items

• Limited-edition “Drop” releases (unless faulty)

• Items with visible wear, damage, scent, or marks

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue

We will resolve the problem immediately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Funds will return to your original payment method.
